There are so many ways to make and strengthen friendships at Los Altos UCC. Please join us!

Priscilla Circle

Third Thursday | 11:30 am | Patterson Hall

Priscilla Circle is a women's group that meets the third Thursday of every month. These dedicated women meet for fellowship and to work on various service projects.

All women are welcome! Bring a sack lunch to enjoy lunch and a good time with your friends in Priscilla Circle.

Priscilla Circle projects currently include:

Garden Patch

If you have fruit or vegetables from your garden that you wish to share with your church family, you can put them in a basket on the table right inside the front door to Patterson Hall. There is a sign on the table that reads "Priscilla Circle’s Garden Patch."

There is also a jar on the table for donation. All donations collected helps Priscilla Circle mail cards each month and gifts/flowers at Easter and Christmas to our "Homebound" members.

Recycling Program
to benefit Wacky Wednesday Youth Program

Members of the congregation are invited to collect aluminum cans and clear plastic bottles to raise funds through recycling efforts. Funds raised go to support the church's Wacky Wednesday Youth Program, providing snacks, craft materials, and supplies for holiday celebrations.

Please note: Recycling barrels are located in Los Altos UCC's patio area. Please do not smash the cans, just put them loose in the barrel and not in little plastic bags. The plastic bottles must be clear plastic and have the CA redemption on the label. The caps must be removed.

ShoeBox Recycling
to benefit Wacky Wednesday Youth Program

Our shoe recycling program is a simple and sustainable way for us to raise funds. ShoeBox Recycling pays $.50 per pound for paired, gently used shoes. Clean out your closet, pass the word to your neighbors, coworkers and family, and help us see how many pounds of shoes we can collect. Look for the ShoeBox Recycling box in the hall near the church offices.

Help Priscilla Circle with this unique fundraiser to support Wacky Wednesday.

Please Note: We appreciate donations of gently used pairs that are able to be reused, men’s/women's/kid’s, athletic shoes, casual shoes, dress shoes, heels, sandals, flats, loafers, and work boots.

We do not accept shoes with holes or mildew, single shoes, flip flops or plastic shoes, slippers, ski/winter boots, roller skates/blades.
